Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with BooYaa Golf NZ. This policy outlines how we handle shipping for orders placed through our online store.

Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand and Australia. If you are outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us at sales@booyaagolf.co.nz before checking out to confirm whether shipping can be arranged.

Shipping Rates
New Zealand: a flat rate of $10 per order to any New Zealand address. Orders of $140 or more ship free.
Australia: shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight, using Aramex rates. The exact rate is shown before you complete your order.

Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12pm NZ time are processed from the next working day. Once dispatched, New Zealand deliveries usually take 1–2 working days to the North Island and 2–4 working days to the South Island. These are estimates — BooYaa Golf NZ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@booyaagolf.co.nz with your order number so we can investigate.
